The Santa Rosa Municipal Band seated in front of the Sonoma County Courthouse steps. There is a large drum in center with their name written on it. Manuel Andre Sousa (a relative of John Philip Sousa) and the grandfather of the donor are seted on far right - at first trumpet. |
